Furuno CAN BUS system and J1939 network

I have a CAN BUS system working and would want to connect it to a J1939 network, the system has a TZ15 display,SC-30 heading sensor to mention a few. Can i connect it to an engine with CAN BUS J1939 to access its info on the MFD? if yes, how do i do that?

Talk with the Engine manufacturer. They normally sell the required converter to the standard NMEA 2000. Once you have the proper NMEA 2000 PGN data on the bus from your engine(s), it will show up on the TZTL15F engine gage display.
