FAP-6112 RRU to FAP7002 Processor Connection

Instead of direct wiring between the RRU and the Processor, can N2k signal be used. I have a Maretron RAA (Rudder Angle Adapter) that will take rudder angle sensor data and convert it to N2k.

Could find nothing in the installation manual on this subject. The N2k backbone is already installed on the boat, and the Processor is on the N2k network. Otherwise the RRU wiring will have to be run from the stern to mid-ship.

No, the pilot needs direct feedback unless you have an outboard and running virtual feedback.
