tz3 boot up issue

Hello, we have a system running 4 new tz3 12". They have been updated by our furuno rep himself just a week or two ago.

They have been working fine. The customer called us this morning with a complaint of them booting up to the black furuno logo screen and never leaving that page. All 4 units.

Any ideas or clues what could be causing this?

I know its a long shot but maybe you guys have heard of similar?

What does all four units have in common? The boat power is the most likely cause. Something shorted the 2000 network or something else that is common with all four would be the first things to look at.
