Old Radar Unit to Work for Looks

Hello, I realize this is a serious forum and I don't want to waste anyones time. That being said we are a sailboat themed local restaurant/bar and have purchased an old Furuno radar unit/receiver and need it to look like its working. We are mounting the receiver/scope in the bar and just want the green screen to light up and spin as if it were actually working. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated and I will be happy to buy anyone a beverage and sandwich if they should happen to visit us in Gulf Shores Alabama! We are delivering power to the receiver from a converter. 110v to 12v. How can we produce a picture? Has anyone done this before? Does anyone know of someone somewhere that can do this? Here are the specs:
