Is is possible to remotely control TZT12F with Panasonic Toughbook?

I was hoping to use a Toughbook CF-20 with Windows 10 to view and control TZT12F from the back of my boat. After messing around for a couple of hours I'm not confident this is even possible - that'd be nice to know. NavNet Remote seems like the app but I can't find a download for a windows PC that doesn't give me a computer virus.

Thanks for that. I've got a Windows 10 cellular-enabled Toughbook - I was hoping it would be more straightforward. I'm going to install a Bluestacks emulator on it and see if I can make that work.
