Hi everyone,
I have an FCV628 that uses a 520-5PSD probe mounted on a passenger ship. When it runs at a speed of more than 7 knots, there is a bottom signal but no depth data is displayed.Sometimes there is a broken signal signal as shown in the attached picture.
People give opinions and how to fix it.

The picture indicates that you are getting air/turbulence over the face of the transducer at that speed.

If so, is there any way to fix or adjust anything on the device

There is no adjustment on the device. It is most likely transducer placement. There is something on the vessel causing turbulence at that speed. Could be an intake or just hull design. Is there a faring around the transducer? Do you have a picture of the installation?
