DRS25A tuning error

Hi All, I have a customer with a DRS25A and every 2-10 sweeps gives a tuning error. I ran radar optimization and it does the same thing. Service Man as follows
DRS_open
HIgh volt, 526.9
12v 12.1v
5v 5.0v
3.3 3.3v
PVC 15.0v
Tune V 06.6v
Magi V 3.0v
Arp echo 227
Arp Land 97

over 6k hours on the Magi
Anyone have any suggestions as where to start? Are there any tests I can do to narrow it down?

It sounds like the MAG is getting noisy and to the end of it's life. It also could be a problem with the turning device (MIC). I would recommend sending it in for service.
