Hi Everyone,
We recently purchased a Carolina Classic 28 with Furuno electronics. The previous owner did a number on the house 12V system and I'm aiming to clean it up. One of the things I need to do is to upgrade the 12V Main wiring going to the helm where all of the house circuits contained. I need to make sure I properly size this wire so I'm trying to calculate my total current demand requirements for the house systems.
This leads me to my question. I'm trying to find the expected current draw of our radar setup. I cannot seem to locate these specs on the Furuno USA site, so I figured I'd ask here. The radar is a DRS12A powered by the PSU012.
Can anyone point me to the specs for the PSU012? The only document that's available on the site is the packing list.
