CMAP Pro+ Chart for ECDIS FMD-3200

We install CMAP Pro+ database to FMD-3200 ECDIS but after successfully installing the permits, chart will not appear in the ECDIS. We are thinking that the ECDIS SW version is not compatible with CMAP pro+ charts. What ECDIS SW version for FMD-3200 that is fully compatible with CMAP pro+ charts?

the SW version in our ECDIS is 2450074-01.47.
