CH-500 - bottom cleaning and anode replacement?

I'm buying a boat with a CH-500 next week.

How should the bottom cleaning service clean the transducer face? Same as any other transducer?

Is replacing the anode on in hull unit something the bottom service can do or is a full haul out the right way to do it? Is there any special instructions for the ship yard? Should it be lowered after the boat is hauled? Can it be done while in the slings?
